Shipping times vary depending on the product ordered and availablity of the live insects. Generally orders are shipped within 14 business days of the payment for the order, but can take 30 business days. Please take into account that we are shipping live animals and the time it takes can vary depending on availability as well as other factors like the weather. We want to make sure that the insects arrives safe and well to your location.
If you require an order to be delivered before a certain date, please contact us before placing your order to check availability.
We do not accept responsibility for delays or lost delivery of orders when delivery details have not been completed correctly by the customer, or if tracking has not bee selected for your item at check out. We will not accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to issues with transport or customs.
We do not offer refunds once the kit has been posted to you. We do offer replacement chrysalis for delays in shipping if your kit arrives damaged or the chrysalis are no longer viable.
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the kit and provide photos (so please do not dispose of any chrysalis until you have received instructions from one of our staff to do so). We will check the health of your chrysalis and advise of the next steps.
Notification that your order has been shipped
You will rceive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
If you have an urgent order, please call or email us to let us know. We will do our best to get it to you on time.
In times of extreme heat, we may hold back your order until the weather has cooled down. This is to ensure that your order arrives safely and that you have the best experience possible.
Items Broken During Transport
We do our best to package all of our products so that they arrive safe and sound to you, however on occasion some of the more fragile items can break. Unfortunately we can not replace items broken during transport.
We can not ship live invertebrates outisde of Australia.
Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we can not accept returns because you have made an incorrect choice.
In the unlikely case of any live animals arriving that are unviable, we will issue a voucher for you to reorder at a convenient time. The voucher can be transferred and used by anyone you like. The customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your package/insects.
We will accept returns of non-livestock items ONLY (at purchasers expense) for incorrect choice.
We accept PayPal, cheque, money order or direct bank deposit for Australian customers.
We absolutely will not give or sell your contact information to anyone. Your contact details will only be used by our staff to process your order and send you special information (including news letters if you would like)
